Director Shareholding
Nasstar, the cloud service provider, announces that on 16 July 2012 Lord Daresbury, Chairman of Nasstar, transferred 753,205 ordinary 1p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 11.125p per Ordinary Share from his personal ownership to Corporation of Lloyds, Nameco (no 76), a trust of which Lord Daresbury is a beneficiary (the "Transfer"). Following the Transfer, Lord Daresbury's beneficial interest in the Company has not changed and remains at 5,701,062 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 10.60 per cent. of Nasstar's issued share capital.
