JUPITER FUND MANAGEMENT PLC (the "Company")

Maarten Slendebroek exercised 56,672 options under the Jupiter Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") granted in 2013 and exercised 197,867 options under the LTIP and 179,739 options under the Jupiter Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP") both granted in 2015.
Maarten Slendebroek sold 204,697 shares to cover tax liabilities.
