Glantus (AIM: GLAN), the provider of Accounts Payable automation and analytics solutions, announces that on 28 September 2022, it was notified that Diane Gray-Smith, Executive Director of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of €0.001 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14.8333 pence per share. Following this purchase, Diane Gray-Smith has a beneficial interest in 185,714 Ordinary Shares representing 0.49 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
