23 December 2008 Personal Group Holdings plc (the Company) DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
The Company has been informed by Mr Christopher Curling, that on 23 December 2008 he purchased 12,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 215.0 pence per ordinary share.
