These options were due to lapse on June 19, 2005. Mr Fallonhas retained all of the shares acquired on exercise of his options and now holds962,329 ordinary shares in the Company (1.08%). Richard Ensor, Managing Director of Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, hastoday exercised his options over 173,136 ordinary shares of the Company at anexercise price of £3.54.
