Marshalls PLC27 May 2005 27 May 2005 David Graham Holden, Ian David Burrell and David Neil Sarti yesterday purchasedordinary shares in Marshalls plc of 24,144, 16,215 and 9,947 respectively. Thisfollows the buy out of awards previously granted under the Long Term IncentivePlan. Following this transaction the interest in shares of the Company for DavidGraham Holden is 206,769,for Ian David Burrell is 26,715 and for David NeilSarti is 16,429. The shares have been acquired at the price of 283.5 pence per ordinary share.
