The Company announces that on 28 November 2012 Simon Laffin, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 900,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 34.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Laffin has an interest in 2,104,095 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.40% of the Company's issued share capital.
