Director Shareholding and Holdings in Company

Tricor was informed yesterday that Ajay Rajpal, CEO of the Company, yesterday disposed of his entire interest in Green Fuel Tech Limited ("GFTL"), a company which holds 420,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 of one penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), to Svelte.com Limited ("Svelte.com"). Svelte.com is a company controlled by Lawrence van Kampen-Brooks and which is now the sole owner of GFTL. GFTL owns the remaining 50 per cent. of Tricor's 50 per cent. subsidiary Tricor Supply Side Carbon Limited under a joint venture agreement with the Company.

Pursuant to the transaction, Mr Rajpal has received 200,000,000 Ordinary Shares from GFTL, representing approximately 4.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, which now represents Mr Rajpal's entire beneficial shareholding in the Company.

The Company has also been informed that Svelte.com now holds 220,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, which were transferred from GFTL. As a result of all the above, GFTL no longer holds any Ordinary Shares in the Company.
