Director dealing and grant of options
Nasstar (AIM: NASA), the Hosted Desktop cloud computing provider, announces that on 1 and 2 May 2013 Angus McCaffery, a non-executive Director of Nasstar, purchased 179,100 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at an average price of 11.087p per share. Following this acquisition, Mr McCaffery has a beneficial interest in 179,100 ordinary shares in Nasstar, equivalent to 0.29% of the Company's total issued share capital.
The Company also announces that it has today granted 1,000,000 share options (the "Options") to Mr McCaffery under the Company's unapproved share option scheme ("Option Scheme") at an exercise price of 10.5p per option. Under the terms of the Option Scheme, save for certain circumstances such as take-over, the Options may be exercised two years after the date of grant. Of the Options, 500,000 are subject to an additional vesting condition that they may only be exercised if the share price is 30p or higher. The Options represent 1.62% of the issued share capital of 61,760,053.
