Goodwin PLC5 April 2005 The following amendment has been made to the 'Director Shareholding' announcement released on 4 April 2005 at 17:00 under RNS No 5900K. Mr. R. S. Goodwin's personal holding following the purchase of shares yesterday should read 275,628 and not 275,528 as previously stated. All other details remain unchanged.
