Brammer PLC19 May 2005 The following replaces the Director Shareholding announcement released today at1.30pm under RNS number 5246M. The second line should read that Mr Fraser nows holds an interest in 102,197ordinary shares and not Mr Conway as previously stated. All other details remain unchanged.
