Ted Baker PLC11 May 2005 Ted Baker PLC Directors' Shareholding The Board of Ted Baker PLC (the "Company") was notified on 10 May 2005 that theTed Baker Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") acquired 100,000 ordinaryshares in the Company on 10 May 2005 at a price of 444p (the "Shares"). TheTrust now holds 295,528 ordinary shares representing 0.69 per cent. of thecurrently issued share capital of the Company. Lindsay Page, finance director of the Company, is a member of the class ofdiscretionary beneficiaries of the Trust and is consequently taken as having aninterest in all shares in the Trust. As a consequence of the acquisition of theabove Shares by the Trust, Lindsay Page is deemed to have acquired an interestin these Shares.
