Churchill announces that on 3rd November 2016 it was notified that Mr Kiran Vadlamani, Director of the Company, transferred 18,939,687 ordinary shares from his associated company Cause First Ventures Limited to his individual name with an effective date of 3rd November 2016.

Mr Vadlamani's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 18,939,687 ordinary shares, representing 12.77% of the issued share capital of the Company.
