On 23 March 2005, the shares in the Company held by this trust were transferredinto pension schemes in the names of individual beneficiaries. Of these shares,72,659 have been transferred into a new scheme in the name of Osman Abdullah. Mr Abdullah's beneficial interest has therefore been amended to exclude theshares formerly held by the Goldenash Retirement Pension Scheme Limited and toinclude the shares now held in the new scheme of which he is the solebeneficiary.
