Mr Nigel Godefroy, Managing Director, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares at a priceof 190 pence per share on 26 May 2005. Mr Godefroy is now interested in a totalof 42,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.17 per cent. of theCompany's issued share capital. Ms Natasha Gadsdon, Finance Director, purchased 1,500 ordinary shares at a priceof 190 pence per share on 26 May 2005.
