Verona Pharma plc ("Verona Pharma" or the "Company") Director Shareholding 2 July 2014, Cardiff, UK - Verona Pharma plc (AIM: VRP.L) (the "Company") hasreceived notification that on 30 June 2014, Mr Stuart Bottomley, anon-executive director of the Company, acquired via his SIPP an interest in277,273 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at aprice of 1.35 pence per share.
