Director Shareholding

20 September 2007 ITM Power Plc ("ITM" or "the Company") Directors' Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Stephen Massey, Non-executive Chairman, has today transferred, at a price of 110.25p per share, his entire holding in ITM into his pension fund, the SLM Management Pension Scheme, of which he is the sole beneficiary.

Following this transaction, Stephen's holding in the Company remains unchanged at 400,000 shares, representing 0.39% of the total number of shares in issue.
