Tepnel Life Sciences PLC04 May 2007 Tepnel Life Sciences plc ("Tepnel" or the "Company") Directors' holdings In conformity with the provisions of the EU Transparency Directive, the Companywas informed on 3 May 2007 that Ben Matzilevich, the Company's Chief ExecutiveOfficer, purchased on 3 May 2007 112,000 ordinary shares, representingapproximately 0.05 per cent. of the ordinary issued share capital of theCompany, at 8.875p per share. As a result of this purchase, Mr Matzilevich isnow interested in 5,956,783 ordinary shares representing approximately 2.59 percent. in the issued share capital of Tepnel. In conformity with the provisions of the EU Transparency Directive, the Companywas informed on 3 May 2007 that Alec Craig, the Company's Non-ExecutiveChairman, purchased on 3 May 2007 17,837 ordinary shares, representingapproximately 0.01 per cent. of the ordinary issued share capital of theCompany, at 8.875p per share. As a result of this purchase, Mr Craig is nowinterested in 1,000,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.43 percent. in the issued share capital of Tepnel.
