Director Shareholding

DCD was informed on 9 September 2008 that David Elstein, Chairman of the Company, acquired 700,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in DCD ("Ordinary Shares") on 8 September 2008, at a price of 24 pence per share. Mr Elstein is now the beneficial owner of 2,311,550 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.35 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
