The Company was notified on 29 June 2010 that on 25 June 2010 Stephen Voss, a director of the Company, purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 72p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr. Voss has a beneficial interest in 113,068 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 0.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.
