The Company has received notification that Mrs Ann Lee (wife of Ian Lee, non-executive director) purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 351.8 pence per share on 21 November 2012.

Ian Lee now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 13,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.02% of the issued ordinary share capital.
