Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons

In accordance with DR 3.1.4R (1) (a) and (b) the Company announces that its Non-Executive Director, Ralph Kanter, has today acquired 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.12% of the issued class, at 40 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Kanter's total beneficial shareholding is 222,205 shares, representing 0.26% of the issued class.
