Trustees Limited, as trustee of the InchcapeEmployee Trust (the "Trust") transferred 8,786 Ordinary Shares of 150p each inthe Company to individuals exercising options granted under the Inchcape 1999Share Option Plan and awards granted under the Inchcape Deferred Bonus Plan.
