Gresham House Energy Storage Fund plc (LSE: GRID) announces that John Stephen Leggate, a Non Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), on 27 November 2020, has acquired 8,740 ordinary shares at a price of 105 pence per share as part of the Company's placing programme, announced on 10 November 2020.
In total John Leggate will be interested in 37,415 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0107% per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
