Burren Energy PLC07 April 2005 Burren Energy plc ("Company") Director Shareholding The Company was informed on 6 April 2005 that Balor Holdings Limited, in whichFinian O'Sullivan, Chief Executive, has a controlling beneficial interest,transferred on that date for nil consideration a total of 236,812 ordinaryshares in the Company. Following these transfers, Finian remains interested in 5,817,020 ordinaryshares, representing 4.21 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
