VinaLand Limited was notified on 22 June 2016 that on 21 June 2016, Mr. Charles Isaac, a Director of the Company, purchased 170,000 ordinary shares of USD0.01 each ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of USD0.58 per ordinary share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Isaac has a combined direct and indirect interest of 794,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.20% of the Company's total voting rights.
