Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that Gavin Oldham, Chief Executive of the Company, has acquired 17,318 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.01% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) as follows:
On 18/12/08 he acquired 4,000 ordinary shares at a price of 25 pence per Ordinary Share and on 19/12/08 he acquired 13,318 ordinary shares at a price of 26 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this deal, Gavin Oldham personally holds 24,704,441 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 15.42% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) and, together with his concert parties, holds 125,003,146 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 78.02% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
