Hambledon Mining PLC04 April 2005 Hambledon Mining plc ("Hambledon" or "the Company") Director Shareholding Hambledon was advised today that the Esterel Trust, a discretionary trust ofwhich George Eccles, the Chairman of Hambledon, is a potential beneficiary,today acquired 62,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 8.875p per share.
