Director Shareholding
The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification from Martin Brooks, Chairman, that he exercised options over 711,539 ordinary shares in IDOX on 21 March 2011 at 6.5 pence per share.
Following the transaction Martin Brooks has increased his beneficial interest to 3,934,745 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 1.14% of the current issued share capital and has outstanding options over 6,828,815 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.98%.
The issued share capital of the Company is 344,158,336 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share.
