Today, the following Directors of Land Securities Group PLC acquired the following number of Ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") at 726.2 pence per share, through the issue and allotment of Shares under the Scrip Dividend Scheme in relation to the third interim dividend for the year ended 31 March 2012.
