Ted Baker PLC24 March 2005 Ted Baker plc (the "Company") Directors' Dealings The Company was notified on 24 March 2005 by the trustees of the Ted Baker 1998Employee Benefit Trust that shares previously awarded have now vested under theTed Baker Performance Share Plan to two directors, RS Kelvin and LD Page for24,002 and 16,801 shares respectively. The shares vested to RS Kelvin and LDPage have been immediately sold to institutional investors on 24 March 2005 at510 pence per share. As a result of the transactions on 24 March 2005, the holdings for RS Kelvin andLD Page remain unchanged at 17,337,276 shares and 293,837 shares representing40.3% and 0.7% of the issued share capital respectively.
