The Company was notified on 19 April 2012 that on 10 April 2012 Mr D.R.Wilks' beneficial interest in the Company was increased due to the inheritance of 1,667 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the Company by his wife from her father's estate. The transfer was completed for no consideration.
