CML Microsystems PLC18 March 2005 CML Microsystems Plc ("the Company") Director's Shareholding The Company was notified on 17 March 2005 that on the same day Mr George Gurry,chairman of the Company, purchased 7,080 Ordinary 5p Shares ("Ordinary Shares")at a price of 368.5p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr Gurry hasa beneficial interest in 2,689,262 Ordinary Shares representing 18.07 per cent.of the Company's issued share capital.
