Following this transaction, Mr JF Slingsby is interested in 93,138 ordinaryshares, representing 9.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The Company was also today notified that on 27 November 2006, Mr DS Slingsby(Managing Director) purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company for £12.125per share.
