Director Share Transfer
Nicholas Lawes, a Director of the Company, yesterday bought a number of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal shareholding into a Self Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP"). Ordinary Shares acquired by the SIPP remain under Nicholas Lawes's beneficial holding and hence do not affect his beneficial interest in the Company.
