The Company announces that Stephen Harris, Chief Executive of the Company, transferred 138,590 ordinary shares of 17 3/11p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration to his spouse.

Stephen Harris' beneficial interests are unchanged at 138,690 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital as a result of this transfer.
