PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's largest producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients has been advised by one of its directors, Mr. Christopher Pratt, that his shareholding in the Company is now held indirectly through a Trust named "The CDP 2014 Trust".

The 686,916 shares, which are unchanged from last notification in July 2014, were previously held indirectly through Apollo Operations Ltd.
