Director Share Transfer

The Company has received notice that Simon Wombwell, a Non Executive Director of the Company, today transferred 85,251 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration to his spouse. Simon's beneficial interest in the Company of 88,204 Ordinary Shares representing 0.87% of the issued share capital is unchanged as a result of this transfer.
