Director Share Transfer
Hague and London Oil PLC (the "Company") announced on 5 December 2014 that Andrew Cochran, Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer, had a beneficial interest in 10.68 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and William Phelps, Non-Executive Director, had a beneficial interest in 6.61 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Following the Company's 40 for 1 share consolidation, Mr. Cochran has a beneficial interest in 2,581,469 ordinary shares, representing approximately 10.70 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Mr. Phelps has a beneficial interest in 1,596,030 ordinary shares, representing approximately 6.61 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Mr. Cochran's beneficial holding has been adjusted for an additional 5,000 ordinary shares which were not included in the original total due to an administrative error.
For administrative reasons 286,250 of Mr. Phelps's ordinary shares were legally held on trust by Mr. Cochran. On 16 April 2015 these ordinary shares were legally transferred by Mr. Cochran to Mr. Phelps. There has been no change to the beneficial interests in ordinary shares of the Company of Mr. Cochran or Mr. Phelps as a result of such transfer.
