Director Share Transfer

Park (AIM: PKG.L), the UK's leading gift voucher and prepaid gift card provider, announces that it has today been notified that on 6 April 2016 Mr Dembitz transferred 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") into the name of his wife Alexandra Dembitz for nil consideration. Following the transfer, Mr Dembitz's total holding of shares in Park Group plc (including shares held in his wife's name) remains unchanged at 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.054 % of the total voting rights in the Company.
