Director Share Purchase
Metal Tiger plc the London Stock Exchange AIM listed investor in strategic natural resource opportunities is pleased to announced an acquisition of shares by Paul Johnson, Executive Director.
On 16 December 2015 Paul Johnson purchased 500,000 Metal Tiger shares on market at a price of 0.832p per share. Following this purchase Paul Johnson holds 7,795,000 shares or 2.26% of the currently issued share capital of the Company.
Please note this Director percentage holding is based on the 344,625,795 issued share capital as at 16 December 2015.
As announced on 14 December 2015, Metal Tiger's Chairman invested £240,000 for 30,000,000 new Metal Tiger ordinary shares, with an expected admission date of 22 December 2015.
Following that admission the issued ordinary share capital of the Company will be 374,625,795 shares and Mr Johnson's current holding of 7,795,000 shares would then equate to 2.08% of issued share capital.
