Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") is advised that on Thursday 25 March 2010 Mr Brian Brick, a Director of the Company bought 63,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("the Shares") in the Company at a price of 21 pence per Share. Mr Brian Brick has a total Share holding in the Company of 113,000 Shares which represents 0.12% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
