SEC Newgate S.p.A. (AIM: SECG.L), the international communications, advocacy and research group, has been notified that Ms Emma Kane, Deputy Group CEO of the Company, has purchased certificates of depository interests ("CDIs") over 22,727 Ordinary Shares of no par value at a price of 44p per CDI. This is in addition to the 51,252 and 95,000 CDIs that Ms Kane purchased on 3 October 2019 and 7 October 2019 respectively.
Following this purchase, Ms Kane is beneficially interested in 425,449 CDIs in SEC Newgate, representing 1.75 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
