Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") has been advised that on 13 May 2010 Debbie Hewitt, a Director of the Company, purchased 58,746 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 26.47 pence per Share. As a result of this purchase, Debbie Hewitt has a total interest in 246,780 Shares which are held in two Barclayshare Nominees Accounts. The total holding represents 0.26% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
