Director Share Dealing
The Company has been informed that on 14 November 2013, R&H Trust Co (Jersey) Limited (the "Trustee") as trustee of The Raksha Trust (the "Trust"), a Jersey based discretionary trust settled by Ravi Kailas, the Chairman and CEO of Mytrah Energy Limited, of which he and some of his family members and also a philanthropic trust are discretionary beneficiaries, purchased 38,000 Ordinary shares in Mytrah Energy Limited at 83.16p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, the Trustee has an interest in 94,314,575 Ordinary Shares representing, in aggregate, approximately 57.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, and 11,490,889 Options, for a beneficial class comprising Ravi Kailas, some of his family members and a philanthropic trust.
