Walker Greenbank PLC20 December 2007 For immediate release 20 December 2007 WALKER GREENBANK PLC ("Walker Greenbank" or "the Company") Director Share Purchase Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the designer, manufacturer and distributor offurnishing fabrics and wallpapers whose international brands include Sanderson,Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, was informed on 19 December 2007 that IanKirkham, the Company's Chairman, had on the same day purchased 29,000 ordinaryshares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Of these shares, 19,000were purchased at 42.345p per Ordinary Share and 10,000 were purchased at 42.70pper Ordinary Share. Mr Kirkham's resultant shareholding is 800,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to1.36 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
