Director Share Purchase

Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, was informed on 9 January 2009 that Tony Booley, the Company's Sales & Marketing Director, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 9 January 2009 at a price of 4.0p per share. Mr Booley's resultant shareholding is 6,810,723 ordinary shares, equivalent to 4.20 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
