Director Share Purchase
7digital (AIM: 7DIG), the global leader in B2B end-to-end digital music solutions, announces that Tamir Koch, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 July 2021 at a price of $0.0128 per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr. Koch has an interest in 446,512,126 Ordinary Shares, representing 16.40% of the issued share capital of the Company.
