The Company has been informed that on 28th March 2014 Pat Brazel disposed of a beneficial interest in 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company and on 31st March 2014 he disposed of a further beneficial interest in 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 82.50 and 83.00 pence respectively by means of a spread bet. Following the disposal Mr. Brazel has an interest in 231,682 shares representing 0.29 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
