Director Share Dealings
Roy Lipski, Chief Executive, has today purchased 87,273 ordinary shares of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.33 per Ordinary Share.
In addition, Roy Lipski has today exercised 274,708 share options under the Group's Share Option Schemes. The options' exercise price per Ordinary Share was £0.01.
Following the exercise and purchase Roy Lipski held 757,139 Ordinary Shares representing 1.25% of the enlarged issued Ordinary Shares and options over a total of 1,712,425 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.83% of the enlarged issued Ordinary Shares.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise is 60,481,060.
Application has been made for the 274,708 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, such admission expected 21 May 2009.
No shares in Oxford Catalysts Group PLC are being disposed of by Roy Lipski.
